The past two years have been a time of insecurity and the unknown.

Many businesses have suffered greatly through lockdowns and are only now beginning to climb out of the rubble left by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The hospitality industry was hit hard when going out for coffee or dinner became a luxury we could no longer afford.

Many hospitality workers were left without jobs and forced to find employment elsewhere.

This has now left the industry with a severe staffing crisis that has never been seen before.
